Our senior management team combines decades of experience in title insurance, general insurance, settlement services, real estate, regulatory, legal, consumer marketing, and technology.

Timothy M. Dwyer Founder/President/Chief Executive Officer/Director
Tim is President and Chief Executive Officer of Entitle Direct Group, Inc. at our corporate headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. Tim brings over 25 years of insurance industry expertise to our Company. Prior to founding Entitle Direct Group, Inc. in 2006, he served as Managing Director at the investment-banking firm of Greenhill & Company, specializing in the insurance industry. He previously held a similar position at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (Managing Director specializing in the insurance sector). Tim is a former Vice President at Salomon Brothers Inc. and was a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. Tim received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of the University of Illinois.
 
Alan M. Doran Executive Vice President of Closing Services
Alan is Executive Vice President of Closing Services out of our corporate headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. Before joining Entitle Direct Group, Inc., Alan supervised and performed hundreds of real estate closings and is responsible for bringing the real estate closing experience to the internet through our unique, consumer-friendly website. Alan also served as an attorney-title agent for multiple statewide and national title insurance companies during his tenure as a private attorney. Alan has practiced law in Connecticut since 1993, and spent three years in commercial banking before attending law school. Alan received his law degree from Quinnipiac University and is a graduate of James Madison University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Economics.
 
Nick Ferreri Chief Financial Officer
Nick is responsible for all financial, corporate, and administrative aspects of the Company including finance, business analysis, budgeting, human resources, and business affairs issues. Nick brings over 25 years of experience in operating and financial expertise in the financial services sector to Entitle Direct Group, Inc. He began his career at Ernst & Young, specializing in the insurance industry. From there, he moved on to Moody's Investors Service working in their Financial Guarantors Group. He was recruited by MBIA Inc., where he served in various positions including CEO of MBIA MuniServices, a subsidiary, and then on to CFO of MBIA Inc. Most recently, Nick was CFO/COO of Windmill Management LLC, which provides management services to a group of hedge funds specialized in making secured loans to small and mid-sized businesses in various industries ranging from real estate to specialized finance companies. Nick is a CPA and holds a B.S. In Accounting from St. John's University.
 
Jim Mooney Managing Director
Jim manages national client activities for the Company, including client account management, business development and managing strategic client relationships. Jim has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jim has led diverse national sales teams and client account management teams with a track record of driving revenue growth at both private and public companies. Most recently, Jim was EVP and Chief Administrative Officer at a privately held national bank. Prior to that, Jim served in various executive roles at JP Morgan Chase, AIG, Citicorp Mortgage and Merrill Lynch. Jim has spent his career building and running national businesses. He has experience in the mortgage industry as well as investment advisory services. Jim received his Bachelors of Science in Economics and Master of Business at CW Post.
 
David Reilly Vice President of Specialist Center
Dave is Vice President of our Specialist Center that is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dave brings over 12 years of experience in the Title Insurance and Closing Vendor Management industry along with 13 years experience in Consumer Lending to Entitle Direct Group, Inc. Most recently, Dave served as Vice President of Operations for Fiserv Lending Solutions. At Fiserv, Dave led the real estate services division that provided closing services for direct and indirect consumer lending institutions. Prior to Fiserv, Dave was employed by Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh for 8 years in their Consumer Lending Department. Dave held various management positions while at Mellon Bank including AVP of their Vendor Management department. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University.

Robert V. Deutsch Director
Mr. Deutsch is a Managing Director of GCP Capital Partners and has served on its investment committee since February 2010. Previously, Bob was a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Ironshore Inc., a global specialty insurance company. Mr. Deutsch has over twenty-five years of senior executive operating experience in the insurance industry. Formerly, Mr. Deutsch was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CNA Financial Corp. ("CNA" - NYSE) and was one of the founders of Executive Risk Inc. ("ER" - NYSE, now part of The Chubb Corporation), where he held a number of leadership positions, including President of its insurance operating companies, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Actuary. Bob also serves as a Director for Beazley Furlonge Ltd, ClearView Risk Holdings, LLC, Enstar Holdings (US) Inc. and Wilton Re Holdings Limited.
 
David H. Elliott Director
Mr. Elliott has over 30 years of experience in insurance and financial guaranty insurance industries. Mr. Elliott is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MBIA, Inc. Mr. Elliott served previously as Director of a number of financial services companies, including: Gryphon Holdings, Orion Capital Corp., Aames Financial, Criterion Research ChannelRe and The Republic Companies.
 
Marc Sulam Director
Marc Sulam was the Founder and Managing Member of Healy Circle Capital LLC for the nine year period ending July 2010. Prior to organizing the Partnership, Marc Sulam was an equity research analyst with Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette for over 15 years. In addition, he was the Head of Domestic Equity Trading at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette which included the firms' listed and NASDAQ trading and sales desks, the NY Stock Exchange floor operations, program and corporate trading activities.
 
Marvin Pestcoe Director
Marvin Pestcoe is a member of PartnerRe's Group Executive Committee with responsibility for the Capital Markets Group, Property Catastrophe Models, and PartnerRe's Life business. As CEO of PartnerRe's Capital Markets Group, Mr. Pestcoe is responsible for all of PartnerRe's investment operations and capital markets. Mr. Pestcoe has more than 26 years experience in property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, and investments. He joined PartnerRe in 2001 as head of Alternative Risk Operations, and in 2008 was appointed Deputy Head of Capital Markets Group and Head of Capital Assets. Prior to joining PartnerRe, Mr. Pestcoe was employed by Swiss Re New Markets as Chief Actuarial Officer. Mr. Pestcoe is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
 
Andrew Turnbull Director
Andrew Turnbull, Group Strategy and Business Development Officer, is responsible for helping to guide PartnerRe's strategic planning and development, including evaluation of business opportunities. Mr. Turnbull has more than 21 years of professional experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry in a variety of underwriting and actuarial roles. Most recently he served as Group Chief Actuary and Chief Operating Officer of Torus Insurance Bermuda. Prior to that, Mr. Turnbull was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer of XL Financial Solutions.
 
Steven Palmer Director
Steven is a Managing Director in PartnerRe's Private Equity team which he joined in 2007 after spending two years working on middle market buyout transactions with the Quilvest Group in New York. Prior to joining Quilvest, Steven worked for CCP Equity Partners, a private equity firm providing growth capital to financial services related companies. Prior to attending business school, Steven spent four years working as an investment banker with UBS Warburg and RBC Dominion Securities. Steven has a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He also serves on the Board of Directors of JCR Capital Investment Corporation and Mountainview Capital Holdings.
 
Jeremy Knox Director
Jeremy is an Associate Director in PartnerRe's Private Equity team which he joined in September 2009. Prior to that, he worked in the investment banking group of Fox-Pitt Kelton in New York where he focused on transactions within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Fox-Pitt Kelton, Jeremy worked in the private equity investments group of the National Bank of Canada. Jeremy graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a BA in Business Administration.
