Your use of and access to the ENTITLE DIRECT Sites is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of this Policy. YOUR PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

The privacy of your non-public personally-identifiable information ("PII") is important to us. We use reasonable safeguards, described below under the section titled "Security", to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your PII. This Policy discusses information we collect and the manner in which it is used. We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update or modify this Policy as provided below.

SECURITY

We use reasonable, good-faith efforts to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your PII. This includes using 128-bit encryption for information transmitted over the Internet and the digital certificate services of Equifax Secure to help identify when you are interacting with an ENTITLE DIRECT Site. The ENTITLE DIRECT Sites are protected by regular McAfee Secure vulnerability scans.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the ENTITLE DIRECT Sites and read the information contained on the ENTITLE DIRECT Sites; we may gather certain information about your visit automatically. This information does not identify you personally. We may automatically gather the Internet domain (for example, "companyx.com") and IP address (an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you connect to the Internet) from which you access ENTITLE DIRECT Sites, the site from which you arrived at the ENTITLE DIRECT Sites, the date and time you access

If you send an electronic mail (email) message that includes PII, for example, in an email message containing an inquiry, we will use that information to respond to your inquiry.   • Our employees, contractors and agents may view and use information that you provide us (including PII) in order to perform their jobs and service you. We do not authorize access to PII about you to those individuals who do not need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you, except as provided in this paragraph and in the section below titled "Information Sharing".

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES

ENTITLE DIRECT Sites may contain links to web sites that are provided and maintained by third parties. Web sites provided and maintained by third parties are not subject to this Policy. Please review the privacy policies on those web sites to understand their personal information handling practices. We do not endorse or review, have no control over, and make no representations concerning the privacy policies of any third-party web sites.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time with or without notice to you. Any amendments or modifications to this Policy will be posted on the ENTITLE DIRECT Sites with a new revision date and will become effective immediately upon posting. If you have provided us with your email address and permission to contact you, we will also send notification to that email address that this Policy has been changed. Your continued use of the ENTITLE DIRECT Sites following the posting of a revised version of this Policy or our sending of the email notice will constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the most current Policy, you may not use the ENTITLE DIRECT Sites.
