  • Timothy M. Dwyer


    Tim is the founder of Entitle Direct Group, Inc. He brings over 25 years of insurance industry expertise to our Company. Prior to founding Entitle Direct Group, Inc. in 2006, he served as Managing Director at the investment-banking firm of Greenhill & Company, specializing in the insurance industry. He previously held a similar position at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (Managing Director specializing in the insurance sector). Tim is a former Vice President at Salomon Brothers Inc. and was a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. Tim received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of the University of Illinois.

  • David H. Elliott


    Mr. Elliott has over 30 years of experience in insurance and financial guaranty insurance industries. Mr. Elliott is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MBIA, Inc. Mr. Elliott served previously as Director of a number of financial services companies, including: Gryphon Holdings, Orion Capital Corp., Aames Financial, Criterion Research ChannelRe and The Republic Companies.

  • Marvin Pestcoe


    Mr. Pestcoe is a retired insurance executive with more than 30 years experience in property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, and investments. Most recently Marvin Pestcoe was a member of PartnerRe's Group Executive Committee with responsibility for the Capital Markets Group and PartnerRe's Life & Health businesses. Prior to joining PartnerRe, Mr. Pestcoe was employed by Swiss Re New Markets as Chief Actuarial Officer. Mr. Pestcoe is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

  • Andrew Turnbull


    Andrew Turnbull, Group Strategy and Business Development Officer, is responsible for helping to guide PartnerRe's strategic planning and development, including evaluation of business opportunities. Mr. Turnbull has more than 21 years of professional experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry in a variety of underwriting and actuarial roles. Most recently he served as Group Chief Actuary and Chief Operating Officer of Torus Insurance Bermuda. Prior to that, Mr. Turnbull was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer of XL Financial Solutions.

  • Lee Iannarone


    Mr. Iannarone is the General Counsel and CCO of PartnerRe’s Investments Group. Lee has over 15 years of legal experience advising on corporate matters such as private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, distressed debt investing, SEC compliance and fund structuring. Prior to joining PartnerRe in 2011, Lee was Associate General Counsel and CCO at Sandell Asset Management Corp., a multi-strategy hedge fund based in NY. Prior to Sandell, Lee was counsel at O’Melveny and Myers in their NY and London offices primarily representing private equity funds. Prior to law school, Lee worked at PriceWaterhouse as an auditor and LCC International as a budget analyst. Lee received his BA in Accounting and Finance from Gettysburg College and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

  • Jeremy Knox


    Jeremy is an Associate Director in PartnerRe's Private Equity team which he joined in September 2009. Prior to that, he worked in the investment banking group of Fox-Pitt Kelton in New York where he focused on transactions within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Fox-Pitt Kelton, Jeremy worked in the private equity investments group of the National Bank of Canada. Jeremy graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a BA in Business Administration.

  • Michael Greene


    Mr. Greene is Managing Partner at AE Industrial Partners, LLC a private investment firm where he has responsibility for the overall management of the organization and primarily focuses on the negotiation, execution and monitoring of portfolio investments. Since joining AE Industrial in 2008, Mr. Greene has worked with several portfolio companies, including: AeroSat, Inc.; Dynamic Precision Group, Inc.; and TurboCombustor Corp. Previously, Mr. Greene was with UBS Capital Americas, LLC and UBS Capital, LLC from 1990 to 2008. Mr. Greene was a founding partner of the non-investment grade debt and equity businesses at Union Bank of Switzerland, the predecessor to UBS AG, and was a principal architect in creating the firms' internal investment review processes and monitoring systems. Mr. Greene also had primary responsibility for running the General Industrial Group for UBS Capital Americas, LLC. Mr. Greene serves as a Trustee of The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Mr. Greene received a BA from The College of the Holy Cross, and an MBA from Harvard University.

  • Michael Wildish


    Mr. Wildish is a Managing Principal of Corporate Partners, a private equity firm located in New York City. Previously, he had over 25 years of business experience, in corporate strategic advice, financial restructuring, investment banking and public accounting, during which he advised a wide range of companies in mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings and financings, both domestically and abroad. Mr. Wildish became a General Partner of Lazard Frères & Co. in 1996, having begun his investment banking career at Goldman Sachs & Co. He subsequently led the Technology and Media Mergers & Acquisitions teams at Crédit Suisse First Boston/Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and was Head of M&A at Miller Buckfire & Co. LLC. He is or has been a director of a number of public and privately-held companies. Mr. Wildish received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia, where he earned Beta Gamma Sigma honors. He is a Certified Public Accountant, having qualified in 1984 while a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse & Co.
